Earl Thomas Buteau's Obituary
Earl Thomas Buteau, 83, of Fort Myers Beach, FL, passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 following an extended illness. He was born February 9, 1933 in Pawtucket, RI to Walter and Ella (nee Thelig) Buteau. He proudly served the Unites States Air Force. Mr. Buteau retired in 1993 from National Cash Register following 38 years of service. He was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Masonic Lodge, F & A.M. and enjoyed golfing and playing darts. Mr. Buteau is survived by his wife of 59 ?? years, Pauline R.A. Buteau and their children: Earl Stephen Buteau of Fort Myers Beach, Lynda Marie Gilbert of North Smithfield, RI, Karen Rose Solebello of Fort Myers, Ann-Marie Cabana (and Kevin) of Greensboro, NC, Paul Joseph Buteau of Fort Lauderdale and Rhonda Jean Silva (and Michael) of Cumberland, RI; their grandchildren: Catie, Joseph, Nicholas, Matthew, Kara, Michael, Krista, Jenna, Samantha and Benjamin; their great grandchildren: Conner, Mason, Liam, Grayson and Mia; his siblings: Marjorie Whetstone of Zephyr Hills, FL, Ralph Buteau of Pawtucket, RI, William Buteau of Warwick, RI and Joseph Buteau of Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings: Arthur, Walter and Robert Buteau. Memorial services and interment will take place at a later date in Rhode Island.
