Elbert Clyde Wilmoth, 65 years of age, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2012 in Fort Myers, Florida.?á Mr. Wilmoth was born September 27, 1946 in Roanoke, Virginia, a son of the late Bud Wilmoth and Mabel Holdren Wilmoth.?á Elbert proudly served his country and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force.?á He was a retired machinist working in the Locomotive Industry and was a member of the United Machinists Union. He was an avid sports fan and his favorite teams were the Boston Red Sox and the Washington Redskins and also a fan of NASCAR.?á Mr. Wilmoth loved the?á beach.?á He is survived by his sons, Jason (Julie) Wilmoth and there sons, Zachary and Connor and Derek (Lauren) Wilmoth and there daughter, Jordan all of Simpsonville, SC;?á his siblings, Buddy, Bobby, Betty Jean (BJ), Rita and Frieda.
