Elizabeth N. Sevier's Obituary
Elizabeth N. Sevier of Fort Myers, Florida passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 in Hope Hospice at Shell Point. She was 93. Betty was born Wednesday, February 20, 1924 in Elizabeth, New Jersey; the daughter of the late Malcolm and Hazel Nicholson. She worked as an educator throughout her career from a high school in Sussex, New Jersey to Penn State University. She served as an Educational Attache’ to the U.S. State Department in Brazil. In addition, Betty was also a French Professor in Arras, France and Biarritz, France. Betty is survived by her husband, Frank Sevier; and her sister, Carolyn deLisser. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; Margaret Sunderland, Elise deLisser and her son, Marcel deLisser, Michael and Joy deLisser, Suzanne and Philip Krump and their children, Jesse, Amanda and Emily; David and Carol deLisser and their children Renee’, Rachele and Chelsea along with Douglas and Tammy deLisser, his children Kyle and Danielle and their mother, Susie Anastos.
