Ellen Ethelle Anderson's Obituary
Ellen Ethelle Anderson, 82, a lifelong resident of Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025, under the compassionate care of Hope Hospice. Born on July 7, 1942, in Jennings, FL, to the late Wiley and Peggy (Swilley) Kemp, Ethelle lived a life full of love and dedication.
A proud graduate of Fort Myers High School, Ethelle built a successful career in the insurance industry, where her clients often requested her by name, valuing her expertise and personal touch.
After an accident cut short her professional career, she embraced a new passion: dog breeding. She truly enjoyed raising and placing each puppy with their new family and witnessing the joy it brought them. She loved all animals, but her love for dogs was undeniable, as they were always a big part of her family.
Ethelle also had a love for gardening and tending to her beautiful orchids. Known to be selfless, she always put others before herself, embodying kindness and thoughtfulness in every aspect of her life.
Ethelle is survived by her two loving sons, Jeffrey Anderson and his wife, Sandy and Keith Anderson; as well as several friends.
A Graveside service will be held 12 NOON, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Fort Myers City Cemetery, Fort Myers, FL.
Ethelle will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, compassion, and dedication will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
