Elsie Kady's Obituary
Elsie Kady of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at the remarkable age of 101.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Elsie lived a long and incredible life filled with love, laughter, and family. She spent most of her years in New Jersey, where she and her beloved husband, the late Eugene Kady, raised their children and built a home filled with warmth and care.
Elsie worked for many years as a lunch aide at Lincoln Elementary School in Edison, New Jersey, where her kindness and cheerful spirit touched the lives of countless children and staff. In 1994, she and Eugene moved to North Fort Myers to enjoy their retirement together, cherishing the sunshine, friendships, and slower pace of life.
Elsie is survived by her children, Richard Kady (Sandy), Eugene Kady (Deb), and Elisa Kady Martin (Brad); her grandchildren, Jason Kady (Jennifer), David Kady (Kristie), and Steven Kady; and her great-grandchildren, Sophia, Ava, and Mason Kady. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Eugene.
Elsie will be remembered for her warmth, sense of humor, and unwavering love for her family. Her strength and joyful spirit will live on in all who knew and loved her.
