Elvira “Vivian” Lore, 94, of Fort Myers, FL died July 2, 2015 at Hospice House at Health Park. Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials: donor’s choice Elvira was born April 14, 1921 in New York, NY the daughter of Gabriel and Vincenza (Farina) Iaconetti. She married Emil Lore August 24, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Fort Myers. She was also devoted to her family. In her spare time she enjoyed square dancing, playing cards, and loved going on cruises. She had been on 22 cruises with her husband Emil, over the years. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Emil; children Theresa Slobodzian of Fort Myers, Joseph Lore and his wife Dolores of Massapequa, NY; grandchildren, John Slobodzian and his wife Michelle of Fort Myers, Todd Slobodzian and his wife Emily of Fort Myers, Amy Slobodzian of Fort Myers, Kristin Childs and her husband Ronald of Fort Myers, Erick Lore and his wife Jeanne of Lindenhurst, NY, Jillian Lore of New York, NY; 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. The Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Elvira.
