Eric A. Moulton's Obituary
Eric A. Moulton, 55, a resident of Lee County since 1985, formerly of Texas passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, July 31st, 2018 in Lehigh Acres, FL. He was born on September 7th, 1962 in Lewiston, Maine.Eric worked for the State of Florida Department of Corrections for 27 years. After retiring, he began working for the Glades County Sheriff’s Department where he worked for the last 4 years with great admiration for everyone there. He loved football and always cheered for his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys. He also loved going on trips, animals, and was very passionate about his family. He was a very devoted husband and father that will never be forgotten and always missed. Our lives will never be the same without his witty sense of humor and his intelligence beyond belief.He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Sandra Gayle Moulton; his three children, Michael Nichols (Dana), Ashley Moulton and Sarah Thomas (Griffin); one grandson, Jacob Michael Nieding; as well as numerous loved ones he held close to his heart.He is preceded in death by his much loved daughter, Amanda Gayle Tennant.A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday August 8th, 2018 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL. The family will receive friends from10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
