Ernest Vattimo's Obituary
Ernest Vattimo, 82, of Fort Myers, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014. He was born September 28, 1931 in McKeerocks, PA and has been in Fort Myers since 1998. He was the U.S. Army during the Korean War, was a member of the American Legion and the Tri-Valley Sportsman Association. For many years, he owned and operated Milly’s Auto Wreckers and drove a school bus for the Montour School District in Pittsburgh. He and his wife lived in the Sunshine Mobile Village which he dearly loved. Mr. Vattimo leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 60 years, Carol Vattimo; his children: Sue Ann Rodack and husband, Dick of Butler, PA and Ernie W. Vattimo and wife, Barb of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren: Patrick, Stephen and Kristen and his brother, William Vattimo of McKeerocks, PA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dolores Patterson earlier this year.
