Evelyn Louise Kirk's Obituary
Evelyn Louise Kirk of Fort Myers, Florida passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 following some recent health challenges. She was 94 years old.
Evelyn was born on February 21, 1925 in Washington, D. C., the beautiful daughter to Evelyn Alice (Tait) and John Schuerger. She was the loving wife to Floyd Kirk who sadly preceded her in death in 2007.
A Memorial Service for Evelyn will be celebrated at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 4, 2020 inside the Chapel at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555. Friends will be received for a time of gathering for an hour preceding this ceremony beginning at 1:00 PM also inside the funeral home chapel. At the conclusion of the service, friends and family will recess to adjacent Memorial Gardens Cemetery where Evelyn will be laid to rest alongside her dearly departed husband Floyd inside the Cremation Garden located at the Sylvan Terrace Section.
