Evelyn M. Proctor of Fort Myers, FL, (formerly of Libertyville, IL) died June 17, 2010. She was born December 15, 1914 in Chicago, IL to the late Harold Van Bergen and Emma Van Bergen.She is survived by her loving daughter Linda Oswalt and her grandson James Oswalt. She was preceded in death by her husband Millard Proctor, brother Benjamin Van Bergen.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Christ Community Church, 4050 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33906. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM.
