Evelyn Vera Warden, 93, of Fort Myers, passed away September 10, 2012 in Carthage, Tennessee.?áShe was born October 7, 1918 in Cranberry, West Virginia to the late AV and Myrtle (Smith) Henson.?áIn addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Warden; son, Richard; grandchildren, Little Bill and Mario and great-granddaughter, Hope. Evelyn moved to Lee County in 1954 from Sprague, West Virginia and was a member of First Christian Church on McGregor.?áShe moved to Tennessee in 2010. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Janet Butler of Hamlet, North Carolina, Louise Hill of Alva, Florida and Marie Winfree of Gordonville, Tennessee; son, Bill Warden and his wife, Kaylene of Arrington, Tennessee; grandchildren, Terri, Carol, Paul, Lora, Bobby, Sterling Linda and Dawn; and 9 great-grandchildren.
