Francesca Maria Rist (Stillitano)'s Obituary
Francesca Maria Rist (Stillitano) March 8th, 1927 – April 19th, 2021
Frans greatest joys were spent with family and friends, she enjoyed traveling, spending time on the water or with her toes in the sand, reading, making craft projects, and playing a variety of games, especially bingo. Although she was quite adept at using a computer, she loved to send handwritten cards for every and all occasions.
She was retired from the healthcare industry where she enjoyed her work as a unit secretary to the Neo-Natal ICU.
Francesca was born in Brockton, Massachusetts. She resided with her husband and children in Stoughton, Ma summered on Cape Cod and moved to the east coast of Florida in the late 1970’s until she moved to Fort Myers, Fl in 2011.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to all she met.
Preceded in death by her husband, George M Rist (1979) and son Thomas W Rist (2014).
Survived by son Brian Rist, (Kim) of Cape Coral, Fl, son Donald Rist, (Helen) of Dover, NH and daughter, Diane Rist of Cape Coral, FL.
She was a devoted Grandmother to – Kaitlyn Garcia (Victor) of Beavercreek, OH; Aaron Rist, Cambridge, MA; Abigail Rist of Dover, NH.
She was an active member of the United Methodist Church fellowship – donations may be made in her memory to the Good Shephard United Methodist Church of N. Ft. Myers, FL.
