My wife & I often spoke with Fred & always enjoyed chatting with him about life, work @ Gulf Coast & his family. I had left my duties in May due to a post-retirement career change & often think about the many positive people with whom I had the pleasure to know; he was part of that group. We were stunned to view his passing & very muchly saddened. What a nice gentleman! I’m thinking about his family as is my wife. Hugs to each of you.
I met Fred at Gulf Coast Medical Center when he was a volunteer trolley driver. Fred would always come into the Volunteer Office just to say Hi or to tell us about his travels. ÷ I will miss his happy personality. You are on to a new adventure Fred, probably one of the best. From one volunteer to another, I will miss you.
