Dear Valerie and family,
we have so many wonderful memories of Jerry it's hard to share just a few. His funny little laugh when he was teasing you was so special. When I, Frances, was just "16" he let me use his new Crown Victoria convertible to take my driver's test and I passed even though I couldn't parallel park very well. Buddy and I both remember the Labor Day we caught a cooler full of Flounder - that was such a happy time. Buddy also enjoyed all the golf outings they had and Jerry's spiffy way of dressing for each game! He's one of two people in my life that always called me "Franny". We enjoyed our times at North Jacksonville Baptist Church and the times you all shared family time with us.
He loved his family, children and grandchildren and delighted in them. He would strap Mandy in her car seat and drive her over in his little sports car when I was taking care of mama - so cute!
We will miss him so much; but he will forever be close in our hearts and thoughts.
