Gilbert B Perkins' Obituary
Gilbert B. Perkins, 72, passed away on July 29, 2012. A resident of Cape Coral for the passed 26 years, Gilbert was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica. He was a wonderful gardener who loved fishing and Major League Baseball. ?áGilbert loved his New York Mets. Most important to him was his love and devotion to his family. ?á?á?á?á Left behind to cherish Gilberts memory is his wife of 32 years, Viola Perkins along with their children, Angela Perkins , Paul Perkins, ?áDione Perkins all of?áNew York City, NY?áand Clive Perkins of Canada. Gilberts step-sons, Donovan Plant of Georgia and Wayne Fray of Queens, NY.?á ?á?á?á Visitation will take place Thursday August 9 beginning at 10:00 AM at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with a service which will begin at 12:00 PM being officiated by Father Ryan Wright of Epiphany Episcopal Church of Cape Coral.
