For as long as I can remember Grandpa Greg was incredibly kind and sensitive to my sister and I. As a young kid I enjoyed being around his calm and collected demeanor. He always was so thoughtful on every birthday and every little holiday.
I remember all the times throughout my childhood my sister and I “helped” cook during the holidays with him. Those times with him were always fun. I will greatly miss him.
My grandpa was the kind of person who could light up a whole room with his humor and bright personality. He was giving, warm, and full of love.
He had a talent for storytelling, and I’ll always love the tales he shared about our family and my father’s younger days—each one filled with hijinks and life.
Christmases with him were always special. He was such a festive man! He’d pitch in with cooking, play cards with us, and always make me laugh.
He was truly one of a kind, and I’ll forever hold him close to my heart.

I don’t think he could go without chuckling every other sentence, but that just shows what kind of person he was: gentle and care-free. We love him and will miss him greatly.

Grandpa Greg wasn’t the grandpa I was born with but he sure did love my brother and I like we were his own blood-related grandchildren.
I always loved hearing stories of his own childhood and all the little mischiefs that he got up to. He was a kind, brave, and resilient man and will be missed and forever loved.
Greg is my sweet father-in-law. He is a very caring grandfather. He will be missed by all of us.
