Gregory Harold Strasser's Obituary
Gregory Harold Strasser, 71, a resident of Fort Myers, Florida since 1991, formerly of Wayne, NJ passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at his home. He was born June 8, 1951 in New York, New York and grew up in Pines Lake, Wayne NJ.
Gregory was a 1969 graduate of Wayne Hills High School. He attended college for a year and then was employed as a salesman in New York’s garment district. In his late twenties and thirties, he was owner and operator of Legend Cycle, a motorcycle shop in Wayne NJ. Gregg spent the last thirty years in Fort Myers. There he worked as a certified massage therapist and then as manager of Mother Earth, a health food store. He played the guitar, loved music, reading and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Anne (nee Kiernan) Strasser and his brother, Richard Strasser.
He is survived by his loving sister, Janet Link and her husband, Joseph of Montclair, New Jersey; one niece, Grace Link; as well as many friends.
Per his wishes, Gregg’s ashes will be distributed near his home in New Jersey.
