It saddens me to hear of Henri's passing. In the 8 + years I have been doing the dock permitting, we got to know each other and I will truly miss her. She was such a good soul and always tried to help the builder out, especially in this economy. I know how hard she took the loss of her beloved husband and now I am sure they are together again and that smile is back on her face. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
