Hildreth Wayne Stevenson, 90, of Fort Myers, FL died July 2, 2015 in Fort Myers, Florida. Cremation rites are to be accorded. Memorials: Hope Hospice Hildreth was born December 6, 1924 in Homerville, OH, the son of Herman and Mae (Finley) Stevenson. He married Ann Stolle, 1993 in Fort Myers. They were married for 21 years. Hildreth was a WWII veteran of the US Army. As a civilian he worked as a chemical engineer for the Aerospace Division of BF Goodrich, retiring during 1990 after 31 years of service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #385 of Wadsworth, OH, served as City Councilman for Medina, OH, enjoyed golfing at Whiskey Creek Country Club, boating, playing cards and gardening, especially flowers. As a youth, he was an All County High School Basketball player. Surviving are his wife, Ann of Fort Myers; children Eric Stevenson of Fort Myers, Denise Higgins of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Dr. Todd Williams of Fort Myers, FL, Lynn Shortridge of Fort Myers; siblings, Wilma Burkett of Centerville, OH, Fredrick Stevenson of Oregonia, OH; grandchildren Wesley Stevenson, Madalyn Higgins and Angela Stevenson.
