Homer V. Ruby, 89, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019. He was born in Springfield, IL on January 7, 1930 to the late Home and Mary Ruby. Homer was a United States Army Veteran.
A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, January 24, 2020 at Port Charlotte United Methodist Church, 21075 Quesada Avenue, Port Charlotte, FL. Interment will follow at Sarasota National Cemetery.
