Irene Hope Bishop, 93, passed away October 4, 2011.?áShe was born April 3, 1918 in Providence, Rhode Island to the late John and Alida (Benjamin) Iaccheri.?áShe came to Lee County in 2003 from East Providence, Rhode Island where she was a member of Sacred Heart Church. In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Bishop and her sister, Louise Iaccheri. She is survived by her daughters, Judith Grise and Joyce (and her husband Raymond) Kenney all of Fort Myers but formerly of East Providence; grandchildren, Dawn E. Kenney, Mark R. Kenney, Bradford T. Kenney and Earl L. Grise. Irene loved to cook, crochet, shop and read mysteries.?á Memorial contributions may be made to the Ogunquit Play House, PO Box 915, Ogunquit, Maine 03907.
