Irma Concetta DeSanctis' Obituary
Irma Concetta DeSanctis, 78, of Naples FL, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 8, 2012. She was born in Roccacasale, Italy on January 24, 1934, a daughter of the late Antonio and Angela D’Ascanio. Irma was one of 9 siblings and the oldest of 4 girls. She immigrated to the US from Italy in 1952. Irma was a well loved resident and was known as the Mayor of Manor Care in Naples. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Irma was preceded in death by her daughter Angela Vittoria DeSanctis-D’Onofrio; brothers, Amedeo, Pasquale, and Palmerino D’Ascanio. She leaves to cherise her memory, her devoted son, Amedeo (Donna) DeSanctis of Naples; 3 grandchildren, Angie (Jeremy) Stubelt, Melissa (Jason) Stubelt, Raffaele (Elena) D’Onofrio ; 6 great grandchildren, Brendon Stubelt, Bradley Stubelt, Colton Stubelt, Caydee Stubelt, Zachary D’Onofrio, Gavin D’Onofrio; her brothers, Luigi (Paola) D’Ascanio, Ottavio (Anna) D’Ascanio; sisters, Flavia (late Achille) DeSanctis, Fernanda (Domenic) Silla, Amedea (Renzo) Piron and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Celebration of Life on Monday, October 29th beginning at 11a.m. at the Church of the Resurrection of our Lord 8121 Cypress Lake Drive Fort Myers, FL 33919.
