J. John Sappah's Obituary
J. John Sappah, 99, of North Fort Myers, FL, died Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, FL. He was a retired Construction Superintendant with Harper Bros. Construction. Mr. Sappah has a proud history in the construction industry. He got his start with his father and brothers in New Jersey in their family business, Sappah Construction. He moved to Southwest Florida in 1973 and continued working until he retired at the age of 86. He proudly served as a captain in the Army during WWII in the North African and Italian campaign. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Robyne Flegal Sappah; his son, Jon Christopher Sappah of Keene, NY; his sister, Marlene Paul of N. Ft. Myers, FL and 6 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 1pm, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 1589 Colonial Blvd. Ft. Myers, FL.
