Jack W. Barrs' Obituary
Jack W. Barrs of Gainesville, Florida passed away on March 25, 2017 following some recent health challenges. He was 84 years old.Jack was born on April 16, 1932 in Homestead, Florida, the proud son of Muriel (Brady) and Henry Franklin Barrs. He was a veteran of the Unites States Army and worked the majority of his career as a Diesel Mechanic for a Dredging Company. He was married to the late Elma Barrs, who sadly preceded him in death in 2014.A Committal Service for Jack will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Gazebo located inside Serenity Garden at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, (239) 936-0555.
