I knew Jack and his wife through the lives of his three children during the years they were patients in my orthodontic practice. If children are the reflection of their parents, then Jackâ??s wonderful personality was why his kids were as warm and bright as their father. I worked with Jack for many years at Six'Ls Packing (now Lipman Produce). He was a great person who loved to hear or tell a joke. I saw him a few years ago — we hugged & talked of old times. I'll miss my friend — RIP Jack Terry (Foots) Dowdy
Uncle Jack and I had a special bond when I was a baby. I felt that bond each time we were together. It was undeniable. Even though the amount of time spent together as I became an adult were few, I'm thankful for those times. I'm sorry for your loss.
