Jack K. Slosser's Obituary
Jack K. Slosser of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 14, 2017 in Lee Memorial Hospital. He was 81.Jack was born August 19, 1935 in Hale, Michigan to the late Frank and Vina Slosser. He worked as a cabinet builder. Formerly of Michigan, he and his family moved to southwest Florida in 1985. Jack was a devoted member of Grace United Methodist Church in Cape Coral.In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his beloved wife of 62+ years, Phyllis Ann Slosser (July 11, 2017), a grandson, Tegan Jack Slosser (2015), brothers, Jim Slosser, Roy Slosser and Bill SLosser and two sister, Betty Hubbs and Donna Koepke. Jack leaves behind to cherish his memory his two children, Kris Slosser (Denise) of Bonita Springs, Florida and Kay Celek of Cape Coral, Florida. He is also survived by his sister, Leona Beck. Jack is also the loving grandfather of Nicholas, Kristen, Madison, Kennedy, Kaden, Rylan, Katryna, Janelle and Marissa.Visitation will be 4pm until 6pm followed by funeral service at 6pm Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the chapel of in the chapel of Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor are suggested to Grace United Methodist Church 13 SE 21st Place, Cape Coral, Florida 33990.
