James P. Chandler's Obituary
James P. Chandler of Cape Coral, FL passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Hope Hospice of Cape Coral. He was 57. James was born August 26, 1957 in Harlan, KY to the late Robert Pearl Chandler and Tommi Jean Emery Chandler. He retired as a Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps with 22 years of service. He most recently served as the Property Appraiser for Charlotte County. He was a member of the F.R.A. (Fleet Reserve Association) and the American Legion. He is preceded in death by a grandson, Dylan James Chandler-Blake, brothers, Roger Chandler and Jimmy Ray Chandler and a sister, Carolyn Sue Kennedy. He is survived by his daughter, Rebekah Jean Chandler of Cape Coral; his son, Theodore Dean Chandler; siblings, Sharon Edwards of Port Charlotte, FL, David Lee Chandler and Martha Chandler, both of West Virginia. He is also survived by his grandson, Kaden Christopher Blake. Visitation will be 4pm-7pm Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 1589 Colonial Blvd. Fort Myers, FL.
