We were good friends since we met in Jr. High School and had many laughs together through our senior graduation. I'm so very sorry to hear of his passing! Jim and I go way back to 1952 when we moved to Chamberlin Ave in Oceanside. As children we spent time in the street playing all kinds of games and, of course, all sports that used a ball. We even had our dad's join in the fun and I remember Marion & Tom fondly. I am sorry to hear about his passing because it leaves a lump in my throat. He was a clean cut man who devoted himself to the community with his time and energy to the OFD. Rest in peace old friend and condolences to the family.Respectfully, Alfred Shapiro
