James Clarence Kurtzman, 84, of Cape Coral, FL died at his residence on March 31, 2016. Inurnment will take place at Coral Ridge Cemetery in Cape Coral on Saturday, April 9th at 2:00 pm. Memorials: Hope Hospice James was born May 24, 1931 in Galion, OH, the son of Clarence A. and Anna (Zeller) Kurtzman. He married Marjorie A. Grasley on October 6, 1951 in Galion, OH and they enjoyed 64 years of marriage. James was an electrician, working for Galion Community Hospital in Ohio. After relocating to Cape Coral James utilized his trade skills as an electrician for Kirkwood Electric. He retired in 1986. James leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Marjorie; children Michael J. Kurtzman and his wife Thu of Punta Gorda, David S. Kurtzman of Cape Coral, Nancy A. Hernandez and her husband Joseph of Cape Coral, Pamela S. Teeter and her husband James of Cape Coral; seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Evan, Joseph, Elyse, James, John, Joshua and six great-grandchildren. Preceding in death are his parents, sister, Dorothy M. Kurtzman and one son, William D. Kurtzman. The Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of James.
