I was a long time paitent and a friend too. I am sorry but I just heard from my family dr. As I have been out of state for a funeral for my brother. Such a great man friend docter and this town will miss him. Nobody that ever meant him that he did not leave them with good feelings. I am also 62 married and my husband has also seen him. I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure he is in Heaven with my brother. My prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Dr. Otis – I came from Texas to help my 91 year old father with his knee surgery. You were so kind and thoughtful and answered any questions that we had – due to his age and our concerns. You did such a fine job on my father, God takes only the best–you will be greatly missed. What a gift we were all given to all that passed your way in our such needed times. God Bless your family in this time of loss.
My condolances to his family. Dr Otis gave me a new knee in Jan of 2011. He was a little late and I was his first surgery that morning. When he came in I was all prepped for the surgery and he started chatting with me, telling me that he had to take his wife to the airport and his dogs got out of the yard and he had to go running after them. I saw him this Feb. 16th for my last visit, and when he walked into the room he said "Happy Birthday" as it was my birthday the day before. I will miss him so much. He was a wonderful caring and thoughtful man.
R.I.P. Dr. James Otis. You were a great Dr. You saved my left leg 11 years ago from being amputated and fixed my right MCL last year. Gonna miss you and may you R.I.P.

My parayers go out to the family, dr otis was a kind man he did surgery on my shoulders in the 90's I couldn't believe when i heard he passed away. God Bless to the family
Dr. Otis performed surgery on my leg on March 9th. He was very professional and friendly. The first time I met him it was like I was meeting an old friend.I was completely comfortable with him and trusted his ability without any doubts. His communications were clear and he was very open and willing to answer any questions and explain anything. I will miss him and give my condolances to his family and the staff at his practice. He will be sorely missed. I will make a contribution to the Hope Hospice.
