Carl & I met Jim & his Family at Church! We became good friends, and would hang out together often. ( like going out to eat, going to each other houses and Carl hunting with Jim and our kids hanging out with each other). Jim was a great guy, gentle just an easy going person. He Loved the Lord and was a great witness for the Lord. We are looking forward to one day seeing him again. Keeping Lois and the family in prayer.

I just came across the receipts for all of my many airguns purchased from Jim back in Buffalo, NY.
Jim was a GREAT guy and I would often just go there to hang out with him and share conversation. I am 54 now and even though I was a young man back in those days (early 90s) Jim always took time to speak with me. He was a fair and funny and intelligent man who cared deeply about his business and his customers. I do not recall him EVER speaking an unkind word about anybody.
I remember him talking about retiring and moving to Florida and it is nice to know he finally found his way there and enjoyed many years.
A man is defined by his actions and his friends. I am very proud and fortunate to have been able to spend all those hours with Jim at his shop and I KNOW I am a better person for it.

Always think of the four of us going hunting in Cattaraugus County for all those years and snowmobiling thru the woods and dale stopping for hot cocoa and warmth. The two Jims became friends when they lived in the same neighborhood and kept in touch thru the years. Lots of happy times! Our sympathies go out to Lois and family.
