Janet K Olson's Obituary
Janet K. Olson, 82, a Florida resident since the early 90’s, formerly of Michigan passed away peacefully under the care of Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, FL. She was born July 31, 1939 in Flint, MI.
Janet was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved family gatherings, and spending time with friends. She enjoyed cards and games, as well as dinners out. She also loved shopping and traveling with her daughters and granddaughters whenever possible. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Naoma (Combs) Madden; sister, Corrine Washburn; and her brother, James Madden.
Janet is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Donald Olson of Fort Myers, FL; three children, Brian Olson (Karen) of Springfield, OH, SeAnn Renwick (Bob) of Swartz Creek, MI and Jeannine Reed (Randy) of Fort Myers, FL; six grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Ashley, Lauren, Kurtis and Karli; two great grandchildren, Mason and Owen; two step grandchildren, Mary Anne and Victoria Reed; as well as two step great grandchildren, Joah and Iris.
No formal services are scheduled at this time, there will be an update soon regarding a celebration of life for Janet.
