Jean Marie Blake's Obituary
Jean Marie Blake, 85, passed away August 24, 2013. She was born August 26, 1927 in Lynn, Massachusetts to the late Arthur and Mary (Lyons) Guilford. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved sweetheart husband, Dick Blake and son, Douglas White.She retired from General Electric after 38 years of service and moved to Lee County 21 years ago from Lynn, Mass. After her husband passed in 2004, Jean spent many of her activities with her friends at Poinsettia Park. They were so helpful in getting her through that hard time. She loved and appreciates them all very much.Left to cherish her memory are her daughter-in-law, Kim White of Saugus, MA; step-sons, Richard Blake and his wife Madeline of Matthews, North Carolina and Brian Blake of Basking Ridge, New Jersey; step-daughters, Cheryl Laterowicz of Ipswich, MA, Joanne Quinn of Ipswich, MA and Susan Grieco of Andover, MA; 13 grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Collette, Elizabeth, Jessica, Eric, Emily, Daniel, Danielle, Sean, Aundrea, Ava and Alyssa; great-grandchildren, Samantha, Jaxson and Evan.Condolences and memories may be left online at www.fortmyersmemorial.com
