Jeanne was such a great person/bartender. Andy loved working with her. Her work ethic was outstanding! Yep she was tuff but a beautiful compassionate person. She will truly be missed as she and Lippy were great friends to us! Love you Andy and Kathy
That obituary was so perfect about Jeannie. I loved Jeannie and Carol so much I think of them more than you know whoever wrote that obituary pinpointed you were sister Jeannie perfectly. I wish that I could attend the service, but unfortunately I can’t. I will miss her and think of her as always, and Carole You’re too older sisters were my sister Dianne‘s friends, but they treated me like I was one of their younger sisters. I never forgot. Wonderful they were. I learned how to dance from them and their personalities glowed Gone too soon, but never forgotten. God bless.
When younger. I accidently knocked over paint and got it on her carpet. She was a little upset about it but then she was comforting me because I was highly upset about. She went to try to get it up. Needless to say parents homeowners covered replacement. Mischief nights Jeanne and my mom would be outside waiting for the punks to come around. One time her and my mom chased them down the street. She was cool to be with. She was our adoptive Aunt second mom. When my mom was not around she was. When she was not around my mom was. It was great growing up with her girls and her. She will be missed by many.
My sister, #1 of 8, one tough cookie that no one dared to mess with. She took her role as the first seriously. But, not too many got to see the soft side of her, but I did. What I have learned from my sister is, to work hard and make every dollar count and don’t let them see you sweat and with people you can’t trust more than the fingers on your one hand!
I have thanked her over the years for teaching us how to dance, and to be quick on my feet at bartending and to never forget a face! She said very little, but she meant what she did say, no take backs and no apologies, like I said she was tough, she is my Father’s daughter. She raised two beautiful daughters, Tina and Jeannie, whom I have so many great memories of their mom to share. I know that she is in heaven with her husband Bobby and our family, pain free and dancing. Now you can exhale Jeanne! I love you always, #7 Helen aka Brat
