Jeannette D Case's Obituary
Jeannette D. Case, 89, a Fort Myers, Florida resident since 1970, formerly of Long Island, New York passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born March 6, 1931 in Hempstead, NY to the late Charles and Mildred Maniscalco.
Jeannette loved her family, she was an avid athlete who enjoyed Bowling, Softball, Golf, and Tennis to name a few. She also loved cooking and collecting recipes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 2011 and by her grandson, Tommy in 2014.
Jeannette is survived by her three loving children, Donald Case (Jaime) of Cape Coral, FL, Deborah Case of Cape Coral, FL and David Case (Michal) of Sanibel, FL; one sister, Carol Plymire of Menasha, WI) and one brother, Charlie Maniscalco of Apalachicola, FL; her adored grandchildren, Jason, Tonia, Adam, Jorden, April, Danielle, Elizabeth, Casey, David, and Aymee; 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:30 PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 11:30 AM until the service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow on the cemetery grounds of Memorial Gardens in the Resurrection Garden.
