Jerry Linda Cline's Obituary
Jerry Linda Cline, age 80, passed away on November 7, 2024, and now rests in peace with Jesus. She was born on August 27, 1944, in Mansfield, Ohio. Jerry dedicated over 26 years of her career to Lee County Government, where she made lasting contributions and many friends. After retirement, she enjoyed working retail at Coach & Talbots.
Jerry is survived by her beloved husband, Gary Dean Cline, and her children: Gary (Suk) Cline Jr., Randy (Candy) Cline, Michele (Daryl) Hood, Holly (Nelly) Ramos, and Tammy (Lou) Perez. She is also survived by her siblings, Barbara (Doug) Meade, David (Connie) Ady, and Steve (Connie) Ady, along with her sister-in-law Nancy Ady. Her legacy continues through her 14 cherished grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Alice Ady, her brother, Harold Ady and her sister-in-law Janet Ady.
God was the foundation of Jerry’s life. She was a compassionate pastor’s wife, a devoted family woman, and a caring friend. Her family and faith were her greatest joys. A talented, self-taught musician, she played multiple instruments, including the organ, piano, bass guitar, and accordion. Jerry also had a love for flowers, which brightened her days as much as she brightened the lives of those around her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Jerry's family has entrusted Fort Myers Memorial Gardens with the tender care of her final arrangements. Jerry will have a visitation on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 6PM-8PM. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 11am.
