My heart breaks for the Watlington family. There is no greater tragedy than losing a child. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that you have so many people thinking of you and praying for you to find the strength you need to get through this tragedy. The Lord must have needed a perfect little angel with Him in heaven to have taken Jesse. I understand the "why" of this may never come, but please be certain, it has already been evident that there IS a difference in walking through a tragedy and trusting in God to sustain you through it. It may not comfort you now, but in our comittment to God, His greatest glory sometimes leads us into our greatest suffering; but know this, He found a family whom He could trust to exemplify faith in their God in the face of the worst of tragedies, a family who would walk in the power of their God, and reach countless people who would have fallen under the weight of their losses, had it not been for your faithful example of grace. God placed a deep burden for you in my heart this am in my time with Him. I and our church will continue to pray for you. God DOES love you.

May God comfort you and keep you in his love during this most difficult time. Though I did not know you the family or Jesse, my heart went out to all of you. I have requested continued prayer from my friends and family. In each photo shown of Jesse there seemed to be a halo of light encompassing him and he shined from within, as if he were already in the presence of our lord and savior. Dear Watlington Family: I cannot tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I didn't know Jesse, but am a member of McGregor Baptist Church and have been praying for all of you. It's apparent from the outpouring of love and support that Jesse was a very special young man, and touched many lives. Please know that I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. There are no words to describe how sad we are and we have been praying since the first day we heard the news and we will continue to pray for you. Just by looking at Jesse's picture you can tell he was a beautiful child of God. His smile was a blessing. He is physically no longer with us here on earth but fully alive in heaven in the wonderful arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus. My thoughts are with Alda, Chuck and Carolina. Jesse did many things in his short life on earth but he is looking down over his family and saying, its great up here in heaven and meeting the extended family that passed. When he crossed over, they were there along with God to meet him. Live your life to the fullest in Jesse's name and show him as he looks down from heaven you are going to do great things in his name. Rejoice and one day, you will be seeing him again.
