Joeve C. Thompson, passed away March 31, 2012 in Fort Myers, FL. Joe was 91 and was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years Mary Ellen Collins Thompson. He is survived by his son, Michael Thompson and daughters, Tina Williams of Ft. Myers,?áCarolyn of Cherokee, N.C. and Christie of Polk County. He leaves 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Joe was a WWII and Marine Corps Veteran. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
