John Melvin Fischer's Obituary
John Melvin Fischer of Cape Coral passed away on May 6, 2022, while receiving care from Avow Hospice. John was born on December 13, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois to Hugo J. and Lavon (Nelson) Fischer.
John has called Florida his home for 7 years, in addition to his love for Florida he passionately admired Elvis Presley. He had a pure joy for humor particularly the Three Stooges. He spent many years as a janitor for Gage Grinding Company.
John is preceded in death by his mother and father, brother Gary A. Fischer, and sister Linda L. (Fischer) Zimmerman.
John leaves his loving memory with his precious sister-in-law Amber Fischer, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
John will be greatly missed, his passion for a good laugh will forever stay in our hearts.
