Arleen and family, We just received the news of Don's passing. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Kathy and Jim Cross
We met John & Arleen nine years ago, when we became neighbors. A wonderful neighbor and friends. We will miss John so much. They are also responsible for leading us to Gulf Coast Church of Christ. We love and respect his family and will miss him.
We have so many wonderful memories of our time in Florida with John and all his family. We remember how John loved corn-on-the-cob!!! We always had a great time when we were together with the Johnson's! This is a bittersweet day for us. We are sad that John has gone from this world; yet, we are happy to know that he is in a place where there is no pain, no tears, no sorrow. He is waiting for us all in that beautiful land. Now we must go on without him and we must try even harder to follow his example and live our lives the way God would have us to so that we may join John and so many others in Heaven. We love you all and wish we could be with you today, but distance and health prevents us from making the trip. Please know that you are in our hearts and prayers!! Love to all, Charles, Carol, Whitnie & family
We shared many things in our lives….my sister Arleen, a long vacation with my whistling serenade, a sponge in a corvair that had a bad day, a ride in a robin's egg blue 57 Chevy, a taste of unbelievable homemade ice cream, feeding marshmallows to the ol' gator behind your house, and later in life our diabetic experience. Sorry for my sis' loss but happy there is no more pain, no more suffering. Enjoy Heaven! Allen
I will always remember Johnny for his heart that was as big as he was and his sweet spirit. Our love to Arlene and the children. God Bless, Roger & Charlotte
My thought & prayers are with the whole Johnson family during this hard time. He was a very special man and will certainly be missed.
Deepest sympathy on the loss of a great man, father, husband and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. We may look forward to our reunion with Don in paradise! much love, Lynn
