John Piaggione's Obituary
John Piaggione, 85, a longtime resident of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of New York, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 24, 2020, at his home surrounded by family. He was born on June 24, 1935 in Corona, NY to the late Anthony and Madeline Piaggione.
John served in the United States Army. He was retired from UPS, where he worked for over 30 years. In his retirement, he enjoyed his antique cars and was a member of the Goodfellas Car Club. He was an avid New York Yankees and Giants fan. John loved to play bocce and enjoyed a good game of poker.
John is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Connie Piaggione of Cape Coral, FL; three children, John Piaggione (Robin) of Cape Coral, FL, Karen Piaggione of Scarsdale, NY, and Denise Parker of Cape Coral, FL; six adored grandchildren, Jillian, John, Samantha, Jenny, Taylor and Karl; as well as many extended family members and friends.
No formal services are planned at this time.
