John A. Yannatone's Obituary
John A. Yannatone, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on June 25, 2013, his 90th birthday. He was born in Rochester, New York, where he and his wife raised their family while running a successful auto mechanics shop before retiring and moving to Ft. Myers in 1997. He loved spending time with his family, people and sharing his faith in Jesus Christ. He enjoyed using his outstanding mechanical and creative abilities to bless people. John was a faithful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Maria of 70 years of marriage; son, David, daughter, Rebecca Durick, grandchildren, Lisa Miller, Steven Yannatone, Jillian Harvey, Emily Yannatone, Alissa Traycik, Amber Martin and Joshua Durick , great-grand-children, Austin Miller, Lauren and LeeAnn Traycik, Brady and Luke Martin. He is preceded in death by his parents, several siblings and his son, John. Visitation will be at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens on Friday at 7:00 – 8:30 pm and one hour preceding the 11:00 am, service on Saturday at First Assembly of God where he attended. David Ridge will officiate. Burial will be Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens.
