Johnny Lewis Robertson, 71, a resident of Lehigh Acres FL since 2012, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 2, 2023 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1952, in Statesboro, GA to the late David Robertson and Irene West.
Johnny was a proud United States Army Retired Veteran. SGT Johnny Lewis Robertson served faithfully for 26 years of Service. He served in the military as a Automated Logistics Specialist and Supplies. He received Several Awards: National Defense in Southwest Asia (2) Bronze (Non-Commission Officer Professional Development with Numeral (3 Army Ribbon) Overseas, Kuwait Liberation (3 Medals)
He was employed as med tech specialist at Cape Coral VA Hospital.
Johnny is survived by his three children, Bishop Dr. Erica Robertson-Austin (Raymond) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, (Airman/Veteran) Johnny Lewis Robertson, II (Melissa) of Miramar, FL and Jonathan Robertson (Alisha) of Fayetteville, NC; three siblings, Thomas Robertson of Pembroke Pines, FL, Shirley Mathis and David Roberson of West Palm Beach, FL; five adored grandchildren, Joshua Austin, Kiera Austin (Deceased), Jubei Robertson and Akira Robertson, River Robertson.
A Memorial Service will be held privately.
