Joe and I were friends since Junior High School. We were Acolytes together at Saint Marks Episcopal Church in Brunswick, Ga. Some people go through life having never experienced a genuine friendship like that of Joe and myself, and for those, I feel sorry. Joe planted himself on a good foundatiion, one that storms couldn’t keep him from climbing the corporate ladder. He made it to the top and instilled in his children that same discipline and desire to succeed. We traveled together, extensively. Joe never got tired of traveling and wanted to see the world. He loved going through Cathedals in every country we visited. We feel certain he is resting now in that one last Holy Cathedral he can now call home. We love you, Joe! George & Jackie Patelidas

Even though I can’t be with you physically on September 8th, I will be in spirit. I have been able to print Joe’s obituary to save. What a wonderful man. He will be greatly missed.
