Joseph James Liguori's Obituary
Joseph James Liguori, 89, of North Fort Myers, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 following an extended illness. He was born August 1, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph James and Isabelle (nee Pantone) Liguori. He has been a Florida resident since 1995, moving here from Connecticut. While in Connecticut, he worked for Met Life for 20 years followed by Culligan Water Conditioning Company for another 20 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He enjoyed square dancing, the symphony, golf and traveling. Mr. Liguori is survived by his loving companion of 37 years, Rheta Kanen; his step-daughter, Vicki Wolfenden (Keith); and his two sons: Steven Liguori (Joyce) and Jeffrey Liguori.
