Joseph William Pavese's Obituary
Joseph William Pavese, Jr., 82, of Fort Myers, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015. He was born December 13, 1932 in Fort Myers and has been a lifelong resident. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He worked for the Hillsborough and Lee County Health Departments and retired from the State of Florida, Division of Hotel and Restaurants in March of 1997. Mr. Pavese is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Anne Roy Pavese; his nieces and nephews: Raymond Hurley (Candy), Holly Shilosky, John Robert Vincenzo (Sarah), Anne-Marie Reqish (Jim), Henry Booth, III, Merren Booth (Andrew Meserole), Daniel Roncaioli (Carolyn), Deana Roncaioli (Tom), Lewis King and Fredrick Stuehmer; his great nieces and nephews: Alexa, Parker, Chelsea, Harrison, Mia, Isabella, Lilliana, Jordan, William, Fredrick, Joseph, Melissa and Lewis, III and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph William, Sr. and Antoinette “Nettie” D’Alessandro Pavese; two sisters: Lucy King and Bella Stuehmer and a nephew, Gene Stuehmer. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends will be received from 10:30 AM until the time of the service.
