Josephine Bottles' Obituary
Josephine Bottles, 89, passed away May 8th, 2014. She was born May 6th, 1925 in Corydon, Indiana to the late Arlston and Marshie (Wiseman) Alstott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Glen.Josephine and her husband were owners of a hardware store in Indiana. Following retirement, they moved to Lee County in 1989. She was an active member of First Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and dominos.Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 67 years, Russel; sons, Nathan Bottles and his wife Kaye and Tim Bottles, all of Fort Myers; sister, Phyllis Heishman and her husband Ernie and brother, Marvin Alstott and his wife Louise, all of Corydon, Indiana; grandchildren, Trenton, Tyler, Taylor, Savanna, Brent and Nathalee; great grandchildren, Mason and Mallory.There will be a visitation on Monday, May 12th from 11:00 to 12:00 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 13545 American Colony Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida. Funeral will begin at noon followed by interment in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida.Memorial contributions may be made in Josephine’s honor to Hope Hospice at www.hopehospice.org.
