Judy Springston's Obituary
Judy Springston, 72, of Fort Myers, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 following a brief illness. She was born May 9, 1942 in Elwood City, PA and moved from Pennsylvania in 1977. She was employed by Bishop Verot High School for 25 years where she served as Academic Dean, English Teacher, Choir Director, Director of Musicals and Editor of the Yearbook. Ms. Springston leaves to cherish her memory, her siblings: Jack Springston and wife, Shirley of Monaca, PA and Jan Ross of West Palm Beach and several nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass will be Celebrated at 10:00 AM Wednesday at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church, 5632 Sunrise Drive, Fort Myers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Judy Springston Scholarship for the Arts at Bishop Verot High School, 5598 Sunrise Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33919.
