Karin Louise Addison, a beloved nurse, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the age of 74.
Karin dedicated 30 years of her life to the compassionate care of others as a registered nurse. Her gentle touch and unwavering dedication touched countless lives, a testament to her selfless nature and unwavering commitment to her profession. Beyond her professional achievements, Karin cherished the simple joys of life. She found immense solace and companionship in her beloved dog, Casey, who was a constant source of love and comfort. Her creative spirit shone through her passions for crocheting/knitting, writing, and the quiet escape offered by a good book.
Born in Oleander, New York, on March 2, 1951, Karin was the daughter of the late Robert and Anita Rogers. Karin was predeceased by her son, Richard P. Kramlich Jr. She is survived by her children, Patricia and Robert Winterbottom, and Samantha Addison; grandchildren, Alexis Kramlich, Richard Kramlich, Lauren Winterbottom, and Taren Czaplewski. Along with her sister, Kathy Pitts; and brother, John Rogers. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Karin's warmth and generosity touched everyone she encountered. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen and heard, offering comfort and support with equal measure. She will be remembered not only for her professional accomplishments but also for the love and joy she brought into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.
