Kathee Ann Riera's Obituary
Kathee Ann Riera, 74, of Ft. Myers Florida, passed away February 16, 2021 with her family by her side.
She was born in Dover, Ohio on November 13, 1946. Kathee graduated high school from Palmetto Senior High, Miami, Florida in 1965. She went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Florida in 1969 where she met the love of her life, Orlando Riera. Kathee and Orlando moved to Ft. Myers, Florida in 1979, where they raised their beautiful family. Kathee was a devoted mother and a loving wife. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, cooking, entertaining and shopping. She had a passion for teaching and being creative.
Kathee is survived by her loving husband Orlando Riera and her three daughters, Kristeen Kiernan, Marisa Bryan and Lindsay Albrecht and their spouses, Tom Kiernan, Jimmy Bryan and Rick Albrecht. She is also survived by her 9 loving grandchildren: Mason, James, Connor, Ava, Pierce, Hudson, Anderson, Jameson, and Stetson; and by her 2 sisters, Bonnie Mobley and Janie Lundberg. She is also survived by her loving mother in law (96 years old), 2 sisters- in- law, brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
Mass will be held on February 20, 2021 at the Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord, 8121 Cypress Lake Dr. Ft. Myers, FL 33919, at 12:30 pm. The burial will take place after the mass at Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens 1589 Colonial Blvd, Ft. Myers, FL 33907.
